2010 Season: Practice begins February 28th, 1pm at MC Fitness
in Fairmont. Call Jay if you have any question's. See you there, bring Tennis shoes and Helmets if you have them
as we'll put the new decals on the helmet that day.
Team Strength and Conditioning offer. Calvin would like the team to get together as a group a couple times a
week if possible at MC Fitness to do an hour or so of strength and conditioning prior to the start of our practice/season.

Welcome to the website of the South Central Hawgs. The South Central Hawgs are an adult 9 man full contact football
team based out of Fairmont, MN area and surround communities. We play in the Southern Plains Football League along with
teams from: Elkton, SD; Lake Benton, MN; Owatonna, MN and other Southern Minnesota Towns.
